Twitter

Twits or
Tweets

I've have decided that all those tweeters and twits, you decide which one you are, waste all too much time documenting the small and insignificant parts of their day on Twitter. I mean I know it's supposed to connect you to the rest of the world, but honestly are you really connecting with anyone? What you and the other 15,000 million people and you're supposed to feel special? Do people really spend their time reading what Robert Pattison ate for lunch? Do they wait for Brad Pitt to say goodnight before turning out their lights? Did I honestly just spent an hour wasting my time reading these pointless bits of fluff?  I guess if you have time to waste then go ahead, read away! To the rest of the world, imagine what we could do if: the people who tweeted stopped tweeting every second of their day and the people who read their tweets stopped reading them every second of their day.  What could we accomplish? Maybe nothing, but then again I'm sure that if they put a days worth of tweets into a days worth of real writing, the world would have a lot more novels to read.  (Like millions more)
